Pray That They May See The Light

October 19, 2016

Today, we see a world filled with violence, anger and sin.  As Christians, we have a choice to either criticize, condemn and scoff those that have fallen into the temptations and lusts of this world, or pray and ask God to intervene in their hearts to show them the truth.

If we criticize, condemn and scoff those that have fallen to the lust of the flesh, then we ourselves have fallen to the lust of our flesh, Thus creating fuel to help satan’s army to trample this earth as well as  our own souls.

Instead we are to have faith that there is Power in Prayer and intercede for those who are lost, fallen in this world.  If we do not pray for them then how will God’s will be done for Scripture calls upon us to pray in Jesus’ name.  We must ask before we receive.

A saying that is being repeated and hurting the body of Christ is “God only helps those who help themselves.”  This is not the Truth not even close to the whole truth.  For Our Heavenly Father helps those who ask in His Son’s Jesus Christ’s name.  Hew will also help those who are prayed for by others as well.

For His love is just.   He wants His Children to know that we make the choices of how we respond to this world, either on our knees in prayer or with a darken heart filled with contempt.

Instead of criticizing those that are slaves to sin and the flesh let us pray  that they may see the light.
